High Five is an award winning, mixed voice, 5-part, a cappella jazz quintet from the Baltimore-Washington area creating music and fun wherever music lovers can be found.  With more than a century of combined musical experience, this full-chord sound and tight harmonies are indicative of their unique style.  This, combined with an undisputable jazz influence & champion arranger, makes Janet, Christy, Lori, Joe and Mike the ensemble that is unmistakably High Five.

Joe Mannherz: Tenor & Arranger - Drawing his extensive experience from singing with the Baltimore Symphony Chorus as well as directing and singing Barbershop music, Joe dreams up our jazzy and cool arrangements of many old and new favorites.

Janet Montrie: First Soprano  - Janet's love of and talent for singing has been expressed for years with many Sweet Adeline choruses and quartets. 

Christy Brannock: Second Soprano  - Welcome Christy, the newest member of High Five,  another talent pulled from the Sweet Adeline ranks.  Christy's musical expression is further diversified into the realm of dance.

Mike Kelly: Bass - With years of barbershop bass singing with choruses and a host of quartets, Mike's talents also extend to directing a chorus in the Baltimore area and singing in the accomplished Barbershop Quartet Wheelhouse.

Lori Dreyer: Alto  - Singing a barbershop baritone part for a dozen years helped prepare Lori for the fun and demanding tight harmonies found in our five part jazz arrangements.
